    • I am planning to return the printer today and purchasing a printer that is a little more expensive with cheaper ink.
    • The black ink well is large and can be replaced independently with an oversized chamber upon ink refill, which is an incredible convenience for us
    • This would be a fantastic printer except for the fact that the ink is EXPENSIVE and there is no one that I have found that does the off brand
    • It can do a ton of pages on these color cartridges, and this is a huge plus since ink is so expensive
    • It has the most expensive ink per ounce and per
    • A black proprietary ink cart will cost you $50 if you can find it locally (1/2 the cost of the printer.
    • Many other all-in-ones for about the same price but not totally expensive inks.

    • The pricey Epson ink cartridges are definitely a major bummer, but overall this is a really great/reliable printer that I am happy with, and have no reservations in recommending IF you're okay with the current price of the ink
