This is such a huge design flaw that renders this product unusable form me

Another design flaw, the tension screw for the gas piston in the arm, is covered by a decorative cover(I broke mine off to access the screws), took me a good 5 minutes to find it

Please ignore my disaster in the background of pics as you can see i fashioned a wooden perch to mount it to so that the monitors wouldn't block the a/c air
