Ernie Ball Classic Pure Nickel Regular Slinky Set, .010 - .046

    • Nickel really warms up the tone.
    • Great tone, great feel from these strings.
    • Modern Slinkys have higher steel content & brighter tone, these are mellower
    • I’ve long been a fan of pure nickel wrap because of its ability to tone down the highs and create great low and midrange tone.
    • Great strings for my John Mayer Stratocaster, amazing "thick" bluesy tone like Mayer and smooth feel.
    • I play primarily classic rock and my tones are slightly to mostly distorted much of the time.
    • Great feel and tone.
    • Pure tone!
    • Pure Nickel wrapped wires and vintage tone
    • They have a nice tone, easy to strum and bend
    • GHS Nickel Rockers don't squeak as much, have a rich tone, play smooth and last as long as DR's - my personal favorites.
    • I just like the classic tone and especially the fact that they are less bright than steel wound strings.
    • This really delivers great tone for a decent amount of time.
    • Sound great, good even tone and crunch when I add some over drive.
    • They are fairly bendy without being loose, and the tone is wonderful
    • Less expensive than nickel sets by DR or D'Addario and every bit as good (if not better!), the Ernie Ball Classic Rock N' Roll Slinkys are the BEST strings for playing hot guitar, jazz, country, and rhythm & blues
    • The high E broke while I was trying to put it on, and the G and B strings feel extremely fragile
