His new cars BSM (blind spot monitoring) was setting his detector off

This is just great, Compared to my 9500xi, falses less and filtering blind spot monitoring is excellent

Features: this is where the Max 360 really stands out, the internal hardware has been slightly improved upon over the Passport Max and Max 2, most notably the ability to filter out the ever increasing issue of collision avoidance and blind spot monitoring systems, and active cruise control in newer vehicles

Unfortunately, it barks all day long on k-band to false signals from nearby cars' blind spot monitors, rendering it useless to me in urban / busy highway situations

their customer support availability is very limited, 9-5:00 M-F eastern time, and I can't find solution online

Their customer service/support is only available M-F from 9 to 5:30 so basically useless if you work until 5:00
