I bought this frame for my 3 drawer filing cabinet so I can hang files easily.

The frame is sturdy, it assembles in less than 2 minutes out of the box, and the plastic hardware is good enough for the job

Fortunately we had a couple of pairs of pliers and some strong guys around to wrestle the pieces down to the correct size-- after that was dealt with, the frames have worked quite well for us.

I took the advice of another reviewer who said you can break the frame shorter to fit in an Ikea box

People said the frame was not sturdy enough, that the rails are difficult to shorten, that the plastic hardware is flimsy, that packages arrive with the wrong hardware, etc

The frames are adjusted by your bending and breaking the metal to the right length which was a little concerning for me, but I managed to do so without any injury to myself or others.

These frames were very easy to assemble, needing no tools except the included tool for snapping off extra length from the frames.

The frame itself is very durable and strong enough to hold all of our files.
