Just had to plug it into my receiver and linked my phone and the music played perfectly and the sound was amazing

At first purchase, it was clear as a bell, range was good until you hit about 25-30ft (as expected and noted in the description), sound was loud (enough - it dropped volume output causing me to turn up the volume on the device), and there was very little distortion

Update: I got a different brand's Bluetooth receiver and the sound is fine

I highly recommend this product if you're looking for an easy, dependable and high quality product to break free from small, low quality, portable Bluetooth speakers, so you may instead enjoy the benefits of your better sounding home/car stereo sound system.
