The green band puts off quite a large amount of light, works great as a night light in strange hotel rooms, makes it easy to find your phone in the dark

I found the lights to be helpful in dark hotel rooms at night, so I could find my devices.

Works perfectly, but the green rim lights up, so that my otherwise perfectly dark and cozy room now has a beacon like an alien lighthouse beside my bed.
