For the price of this kit, the template should be hard plastic, and clearly marked with the word "template".Otherwise, I'm very happy with the end result, and will definitely buy another.

If you don't like the smell of good quality leather, if you expect a product using variable natural materials to be absolutely perfect, and if you don't want to read simple instructions, buy one of the many cheap plastic cases out there.
