EVGA customer support took care of business

I hoped that this attention to details would translate to a higher quality control and a reliable product.but to my surprise my first card fried in less than a month releasing a ton of smoke as it went down, Amazon amazing customer support replaced it without any issues of course

I love EVGA products, and their Customer Support is great

The customer support was absolutely top notch

EVGA's customer support told me to get a new one, but this one is so sold out everywhere

My husband called EGVA 24/7 live customer support and spoke to an American representative within 5 minutes

Amazon/Nvidia/EVGA all sort of want to bounce the blame around which makes it even more difficult for a customer in this modern age of "customer support

But after experiencing how difficult EVGA customer support is and how unwilling they are to take responsibility for their mistakes, I returned my EVGA card and bought an ASUS card instead

I tried Nvidia, EVGA, and Amazon customer support to get a free game code, and no luck :-(

This is a one star review because of how disappointing EVGA's customer support was, and how blatantly they abandoned their early customers with the FTW2 announcement
