Anker found out about the problem I had (I didn't even contact them myself) and sent me some very professional and nice e-mails offering to remedy the situation

I really like the build quality and attention to detail that Anker has put into this unit, Only one minor quibble: the curly cord is so tight that it doesn't stretch far before springing back
