Ultra powerful, charges Galaxy Note II while using GPS

Both need 2.1A to achieve the best charging rate

I had a cheaper charger that would put my S4 into slow charge mode, this product gets rid of that problem and I will go from about 20% to a full charge in about an hour.

Both the attached cable and the USB port are supposed to be 2.4A fast charge.

It can charge Android device, but it charges really slowly even with a good USB charging cable.

The charger still works if I provide my own cord (which I did for 6 months), but the USB port is now only providing a 1.2A slow charge.

(The charge also works on other devices I have.)

Incredibly fast charge

Had my S3 charging while providing GPS directions (sucks a lot of power) and another S3 charging at the same time and both were charged quickly

This charger charges quickly, and the USB port is great for car trips when you're charging other people's phones/devices as well

I was shocked how quickly it charges, so even while I'm using the phone it's still charging faster than I'm using up the battery

Buying a quality charging cable with sufficient wire gauge is important to support fast charging electrical currents and the built-in cable should meet these design requirements

I'd love if they'd make this USB 3.0 style for the Galaxy s5 for even faster charging but I can settle with this.

Unless you live in the cold, shade, or keep phone cool then the charge is honestly a waste.

Rapid charging (2.1 amps)

The only thing that would make this thing more perfect would be if it had a longer cord, but right now it is long enough to use while charging.

It charges his phone fast and holds the charge like a normal wall charger would do :)

Bottom port does offer an okay charge for Apple products, not fast enough to make the device show it is charging but it will charge nevertheless.

(Original review)The only thing I hate about my Galaxy Note 3 is the slow charging.

So far it works well and charges quite fast.

The cable was going into the footprint of a USB connector, and only the power connection, which is fine for dumb charging

Mine had a problem in that the ground (inside black) wire on the inside wasn't properly soldered so when I flexed it, it would come loose and no charging.

This charged really fast, but quickly stopped working after a few uses

I have noticed that micro-usb seems a bit long for my Nokia 1020 and wiggles and bends while charging, otherwise, it works well and the additional usb port is great.

Galaxy Nexus by Asus doesn't like to be charged from unknown car charges and reverts to USB charge mode (0.5 AMP) when that happens

I love this charger it is charges fast and even when I use the GPS which usually drains my battery

However, my S4 does not get any better charge than existing power cord

Negative: the cord is pretty short for in-console outlets and is hard to stretch out, so it is good for sitting there charging but not good for a passenger to use or on dash in gps mode with it plugged in.

Get that and a few extra cables instead of this if you need dual smart charging
