This steel egg poacher works, but is difficult to use without burning fingers.

I don’t like the egg poacher because I think the cups are too deep and my egg comes out with yolks almost solid but whites not totally set

That said, this is a simple, cheap, egg-poacher - and it makes perfect poached eggs, so overall it gets 4 stars.

I use the poacher almost every day and am more than satisfied with it now that I have learned to accommodate its problems and I do recommend it.
