I followed instructions re washing all parts in warm soapy water before use

We have very hard, mineralized water - so I do give the pan and the bottoms of the cups a soak in some white cleaning vinegar occasionally to remove the mineral deposits

No complaints, works as it is supposed too and it is a good price!
