    • The water boils up thru the vents and gets into the eggs
    • I also have hard water and so used another reviewers tip of using vinegar
    • The only thing you should be using this for is to barely boil some water to allow the heat and steam to cook your eggs in the little teflon cups.

    • No water in your eggs, easy to remove and clean.
    • I followed instructions re washing all parts in warm soapy water before use
    • We have very hard, mineralized water - so I do give the pan and the bottoms of the cups a soak in some white cleaning vinegar occasionally to remove the mineral deposits
    • No complaints, works as it is supposed too and it is a good price!
