This brush has stiff enough bristles to really scrub if you want to, but they're bendy enough that if you choose to tone down the pressure, it's not overly scratchy

This seems like a nice, sturdy body brush that is ergonomic, but I wish the bristles were a little softer; not soft like a facial brush though
