I have had the system for 3 months and 1 camera, the one needing the ladder( my luck) started to have imaging issues and the extremely fast and robust customer service albeit through email ( which I prefer) promptly triggered an Amazon replacement, I was back to normal, in no time after having to climb the ladders lol,but that same camera was actually too far and would occasionally lose imaging and my friends over at ONWOTE called it "unstable" ( good word), taught me how to make one as a "repeater" giving sufficient signal strength to the "unstable camera".My system is working flawlessly

The cameras are a bit sensitive if installing outdoors, rain, trees moving all set HD to start recording.

My only critique is that the cameras are very difficult to position because they are only adjustable by hex tool and getting the hex in the hole to adjust is difficult when you're up on a ladder and up against a structure

I can stand right next to the camera with my cell phone and have solid wifi signal on my phone, but the camera has 1 bar and misses all kinds of footage??!

Once I am done patching up some of the annoyances, these look to be pretty good cameras for a decent price, but they could have saved me a lot of trouble up front.

The instructions could have provided more guidance to help get the cameras installed (like "use the baby wrench to remove the bulk of the camera so drilling the mount won't drive you insane").Admittedly, I purchased a "no HD" version, but the fact that you can plug a thumb drive in the back made me think it would find a way to use an external hard drive
