It's of great quality with really good customer service

Fiona gave me truly excellent customer service not only from the standpoint of being hyper responsive in getting back to me, but also giving me accurate information to get the system up and running

I did have a hard time with the laptop software (dvr163) which would only take a snap shot and lock up, but with great customer support, they sent me another monitoring software and manual, so now I'm up on monitor, phone and laptop.
