They sent me a new antenna (bigger) and haven't had any connection issues since.

TRIED:not a connection issue; got 3 out of 4 barsrebooting camera/system.playing with motion sensing functionality for covered areassetting motion

It is clear that changing addresses will not fix the connection issues

Cameras shut down, constant IP Connection issues and constantly turning system on and off just to try and re-boot

Out of the four I tested, only the farthest one has some connection issue back to the base unit
