I had a bad power adapter connector and Betty sent a replacement very quickly.

This system cameras reconnect without problem when power is interrupted and there were no issues with initial set-up

Had my one and only issue after having them almost a year and the customer service team was there for and with me until we determined the problem (faulty power cord) and they replaced it.

Make sure that you use the correct power adopter (different from the camera's power adopter) for the control unit or the unit won't power up.

Am giving 3 stars basically due to this and the limited tech support availability that includes tech support e-mail communications only after 5pm PT (evenings
