Update: GREAT customer service

I couldn't imagine having to pay for the equipment and the service monthly with a cable company when I can pay a one time fee and get the best customer service ever

Grace provides fantastic customer service and has already sent me two high gain antenna at no cost

Very easy to setup and Smonet has an excellent customer service, Its just that you can reach them after 5:00PM pacific as they operate from china.
