Love the system, I have purchased hard wire cameras in the past with the hassle of running wires all over

The wires and mouse feel cheap, but work so it is fine

Product is missing several wires needed to have full use of product.

I spent $3500 to have hard wired cameras and a DVR installed at my personal residence and now, 5 years later the cameras are dinosaurs.

Dislike too many wire to be connected

I'll accept that because it's better than having all those wires running back to a common spot to the reciever for a hard wired unit

Between the 4 RJ45 Ports on the Router & the 8 RJ45 Ports on the Smart Switch all the network devices in my whole house are hard wired connected except for the Laser Printer and our 3 Smart Phones including the house line which are all utilize the 5.8 GHz wireless network so the 2.4 GHz wireless network is only being used by the SMONET NVR which is hard wired to the AC1900 Dual-Band router so nothing should be interfering with the SMONET NVR as far as we could tell without putting a sniffer on our network.

Am giving 3 stars basically due to this and the limited tech support availability that includes tech support e-mail communications only after 5pm PT (evenings
