However, after strong antibiotic therapy for a severe sinus infection, that treatment engendered a systemic fungal response

It took a little while for me to see improvement, but to be fair, I had a really bad infection on my big toe, plus I'm diabetic so everything takes longer to heal

The new batch is not nearly as effective; the infection is creeping back down my nails

i had 20 year constantly recurring ear infections, tried everything, expensive prescriptions etc no help ,,.mixed 40% alcohol, 40% white vinegar and 20% Fungi cure (20% maximum,,10% might be enough) , wash out ear canal , fill with mixture in ear for 15 seconds , ears cured for first time in 20 years, completely normal now , no black in earwax , no pain, no infection in ears since 5 years, totally cured!
