They were nice enough to send another letter to correct the issue FREE OF CHARGE

Here is what I think, no one is telling you to put these letters on on a cloudy day, sun or lights create glare which makes it hard to line them up correctly.

The letters are nice and black, uniform color, and seem study.

all you need to do is clean the area really good, pretty much the letters just lay inside the engraved it self with no much work to do

The letters all looked like high quality emblems and everything went on super easy except the ‘C’
