I'm disappointed; I thought Sony made good quality products

This item is not an exact duplicate of our original model but is much easier to use (better quality , more responsive buttons) and would order again if needed

I’m dissappointed as it was a great feature.

Totally disappointing as I bought this one for voice as I have carpal tunnel.

This appears to be an exact duplicate and works as it should.
