Does have some lag, and freeze up, but not a big issue.

Bethesda games are flawed on the Playstation 3 game system, becoming unplayable due to severe crashes, heavy lag, etc.

Make sure to clear your cache pretty much every time you open the game (or save and restart when you notice significant lag to avoid the game completely locking up) by holding L2 + R2 + square

Once your save file reaches 7000K or above you will start experiencing severe lag and freezes almost every hour or even sooner if you transition into different areas 5 or more times
