You will encounter several surreal drug-induced hallucination and psychological trips throughout the main story mission like Max Payne dream sequences or Arkham Asylum Scarecrow sequences.

It also had a nice little story line, although the main story really didn't give you any options with varying consequences until the very end of the main quest
