Seems to be a way some companies make money off faulty products these days...make them to last a few months, then tell the customer they have to pay to ship it for repair/replacement

Because these products are made in China, they no longer last as they did and are no longer the excellent products we remember them to be; hence, they now have to be replaced maybe twice a year.

Product is nice; however, after using it the cover doesn't fix securely, and when I pour it leaks from the lid AND the spout.

Ever since they moved to china from the USA can't get one to last more then a year and we gave them many try's to make a better product they will not, so
