Since I have it though I'll continue to use it; aside from having to be careful about positioning the phone on the pad, the device works as advertised, is slim, seems to be built well and is reasonably discrete on the desk or nightstand.

So convenient, if O need my phone, I can just grab it and not worry about pulling the cable, as well as, not having to fight with the plug when I am ready to charge.

It's unfortunate as it's the first Rav product I have had any issues with.

It charges fast compared to the normal wireless charging but from my experience, it won't charge as fast as when you're plugged in with a fast charge with a wire.. but wireless makes it much more convenient

Apple released an update to unlock fast wireless charging, but this device isn't supported as of yet
