UPDATED REVIEWLet me start off by saying that Sunvalley Brands blew me away by actually reaching out to me concerning the original charger I purchased but returned because of intermittent charging issues

Those that have slow charging issues must be using phone hardware or software that doesn't yet support fast wireless charging

Since this post Ellie with Customer Care at Sunvalleytek has helped me in every way to fix my charging issue's.

Keep in mind though that the RAVPower charger only works with the compatible A/C adapter it comes with, so you CANNOT plug this into any old USB port to charge

So convenient, if O need my phone, I can just grab it and not worry about pulling the cable, as well as, not having to fight with the plug when I am ready to charge.

It's unfortunate as it's the first Rav product I have had any issues with.

It charges fast compared to the normal wireless charging but from my experience, it won't charge as fast as when you're plugged in with a fast charge with a wire.. but wireless makes it much more convenient

Apple released an update to unlock fast wireless charging, but this device isn't supported as of yet
