    • UPDATED REVIEWLet me start off by saying that Sunvalley Brands blew me away by actually reaching out to me concerning the original charger I purchased but returned because of intermittent charging issues
    • Those that have slow charging issues must be using phone hardware or software that doesn't yet support fast wireless charging
    • Since this post Ellie with Customer Care at Sunvalleytek has helped me in every way to fix my charging issue's.
    • Keep in mind though that the RAVPower charger only works with the compatible A/C adapter it comes with, so you CANNOT plug this into any old USB port to charge
    • So convenient, if O need my phone, I can just grab it and not worry about pulling the cable, as well as, not having to fight with the plug when I am ready to charge.
    • It's unfortunate as it's the first Rav product I have had any issues with.

    • It charges fast compared to the normal wireless charging but from my experience, it won't charge as fast as when you're plugged in with a fast charge with a wire.. but wireless makes it much more convenient
