    • Ive tried calling tech support but no one ever answers
    • This gentleman from Tech Support did a wonderful job and fixed my problem with my camera.
    • AT&T got 3 calls, on the third I signed up for tech support on anything for 15 dollars a
    • FDT setup was really easy with two small exceptions, both were resolved after two quick emails to tech support
    • Note, when you get into tech support they call themselves Amcrest Technologies
    • After emailing with their tech support they concluded unit was broke and forwarded me to the returns/replacement department (or whatever they call it).
    • You can't call tech support
    • Tech support helped me connect it again, but after a few hours, it disconnected.

    • I tried both calling and messaging tech support to no avail
    • I had some trouble connecting to the modem/wi-fi, but with one phone call a very competent tech support person, Mr Dominic Parker quickly made all the needed adjustments.
    • I was having problems setting up the email alerts and Warren Johns in Tech Support was able to set up the alerts remotely in just a few minutes

    • Tech Support Person (Wendy) was very skilled and knowledgeable about how to set up proper DNS / Port Forwarding.
    • Dominic Parker was a big help on get the camera up & going the tech support is good will buy more camera
