FDT setup was really easy with two small exceptions, both were resolved after two quick emails to tech support

Note, when you get into tech support they call themselves Amcrest Technologies

After emailing with their tech support they concluded unit was broke and forwarded me to the returns/replacement department (or whatever they call it).

Tech Support Person (Wendy) was very skilled and knowledgeable about how to set up proper DNS / Port Forwarding.
