It shreds very good and I like the micro cut size.

I have done nice sized stacks and manila folders as well, just to test it out, and it doesn't have a problem!It is also really quiet compared to my larger shredder

If a piece of paper has even a slightly CRUMPLED edge or if the paper bunches up, upon entering the feeding slot, the shred size is then more like that of a cross-cut.
