Would definitely recommend this item for anyone who wants to put the keyboard under their desktop.
Item has some design flaws, namely the screws that hold the rails onto the unit so it can slide in and out from under the desk, and the pad that slides out for the mouse.
Amazon will only refund/replace if I return the defective item which I won't bother with at this point
This item works well, but that is the only good I can say about it
We have received the item on time and the user is satisfied with the product
After a couple of weeks of use, screws started coming loose and the drawer became useless quickly
Overall, it's a cheap keyboard drawer that serves our purpose well, but it's frustrating quality and assembly process will leave many looking for a higher priced, higher quality drawer

This is the best underdesk keyboard drawer I've ever owned, primarily because it's so well built.
This drawer supports my keyboard at a comfortable height

The mouse tray is a joke, it will not support your wrist's weight
My wrists no longer hurt even after hours on the computer.
It functions well but really should have a padded wrist wrest for more comfort.
If you feel you need a little more support use some more screws, throw some glue in the mix, too
However I can't test it in action because they didn't give me enough screws to install it!
I spent a lot of time at Lowe's trying to find short enough screws for the drawer
The screws (type "F") provided for securing the drawer to the desk are quite long and could be longer than the thickness of the top of your desk, so be careful not to drill/screw through the top
The little screws that hold the pull out shelf to the brackets fall out and constantly need to be put back in.
Also, please not the arms rest is a hard plastic as well
The plastic on the mouse extension does not work well with optical mice.(I solved these issues by gluing a mouse pad to the mouse drawer and attaching a height extension to the main
Mouse pad is such cheap shiny plastic that my optical mouse doesn't work on it
but the anchors are made of brittle plastic and the mouse pad is too far back
Cheapest quality plastic in the world, after having to get new screws(didn't come with enough) I put my mouse and keyboard on it and started typing to test it out
