The item did not come exactly as described because it was missing the screws to attach it to the desk.

I was considering an upgrade to something that might hold up better, but this was the only item available in a local store

Aside from that, for the price, it is a decent item.

Would definitely recommend this item for anyone who wants to put the keyboard under their desktop.

Great item exactly as described

Item has some design flaws, namely the screws that hold the rails onto the unit so it can slide in and out from under the desk, and the pad that slides out for the mouse.

I don't give a lot of 5 star reviews, but this item is great.

Amazon will only refund/replace if I return the defective item which I won't bother with at this point
