I called Fellowes to tell them that I was very dissatisfied - to let them know of the poor quality of their merchandise.

The quality of the lamination was good, the original warm up was fast and it ran quietly

I laminated a few letter size documents (20 lb) and 4 x 6 photos with the Fellowes Saturn Laminator and the results were somewhat mixed:The quality of the lamination for the documents were merely satisfactory

This unit does everything it is supposed to and the quality of the laminations is great.
