It is helpful to use a carrier for the small ID card size pouches, but the larger paper didn't need a carrier at all - very nice feature.

The opening feature is very annoying because I can't get in when I want to.

The machine has this really cool feature where you can open the whole machine up and remove any jams.

Best feature, by far, for me is that the unit opens so you can remove jams without removing screws and trying to take it apart!
