I find this one a lot more user friendly than the last model I had, one which required disassembly to clear a jam

Some confusion as to replacing the screw after removing it is expected as one sheet says to replace it after clearing a jam and the other sheet does not say to replace it

Upon opening the instruction sheet there were two different sheets explaining about the need to remove the screw on the bottom before use and in the need to open the top to clear a jam

Easy to maintain, especially the hinged cover that exposes the path of the work piece at the very top, to correct any paper/pouch jams
