I have tried the Super Bullets which have a steel core, and I like

I've been using these Super Bullets strings for years on my Stratocaster

For Stratocasters I always use Super Bullets and for Telecasters I use Super 250s

However,the real surprise came when I changed from Slinky's to the Fender Super Bullets

The sound is a little less aggressive than the Super Bullets.

This is a thing of the past with the Super Bullets, which fall out with ease so you can get those strings changed quickly and get back to playing ASAP.Another bonus is for those who like to use the tremolo arm in their playing

After much research I decided to try out the Fender Super Bullets and the Ernie Ball Super Slinkys because I like 9 gauge strings

I bought 2 sets of strings Fender Super Bullets for my Fender American DeLuxe Stratocaster, when I was changing

Bullets are the best for any strat

I immediately went back to Super Bullets

I will probably try the Super Bullets next, but the value of this 3 pk may be hard to pass up.

I would recommend the Super Bullets to anyone seeking to get more tone from their Fender Strat.

But I have not tried them on any other guitar, so my high rating is specific to the experience I've had with my 2010 American Deluxe Stratocaster SSS (synch tremolo with pop-in bar).It's worth noting that I never would have tried the Bullets if I hadn't fallen for that specific guitar and sold my other electrics.

Super Bullets are just what I needed

To be honest, I've used Super Bullets since the 70's (with the original silver bullet end) and have always been happy with the feel and tuning (on standard Strat tailpieces)

but the B string corroded quickly and made it hard to play

The B string was particularly annoying: I was at the limits of the bridge adjustments and still had a sharp B on the 12th

They stay in tune nicely even with a lot of bends on the G B and high E. Good life in them too

The lower E, A, and D wound strings were fine, but the higher E and B strings just had no life

E (1) string broke before I could even get it half way tightened up to be in tune
