The sound "leaks" out, even at moderate volumes, the plastic feels cheap as if it might break with the slightest twist, and I have cheaper earbuds that produce better sound quality than these

The buttons push weird, and there is no audio feedback that you are pushing the buttons, other than the wonky sounds the cheap plastic makes

but then we started to charge it and wasn't holding a charge, come to find out the port where you charge it seems to be broken (as you can see in the photo with the light not charging - red on and off charge light keeps blinking on and off).
