It’s like drinking from a broken straw.

At times not worth the hassle and I just drink from the top; but I prefer drinking from a straw.

but I don't think I will be comfortable drinking water without the straw when the bottle is completely full

This is an excellent water bottle, I try to drink a gallon of water a day, but I don’t like holding 1 gallon bottles around, this half gallon is a great size, it gives me the ability to refill with ice in the middle of the day to keep my drink cold

I liked the idea of staying motivated while drinking water

so it doesn’t keep drinks cold, but if it were, it would add to the bulk and weight making it less comfortable to carry.

but I hated the drinking/spout straw

Update: I want to be sure it is clear, it only leaks when it falls over (lid closed) not when you are drinking from it.

The locking mechanism also works well if you have little ones who want to steal a drink

These create a pretty awful drinking experience

There is a problem with the top piece of the straw... it leaks air while drinking so a bit uncomfortable

Highly recommended, good way to keep you hydrated, hour markers are great for those just starting out, once you get going, you won’t need the timer, you would be amazed how easy drinking 1/2 gallon is

Would definitely recommend I like that it has a straw and handle to care it with
