OS: Pretty good, basically android once you figure out how to install the play store

I absolutely hate the Fire OS.

The screen is very nice and the Amazon proprietary OS is not obnoxious

The OS this thing is on makes it unbearably frustrating to download ANY app outside of the VERY few apps, Amazon approves of

But the OS and UI are both terrible.

Every time I ever had an android phone, the OS was constantly crashing, but that never happens with Fire OS.. wish Amazon would put out some phones

I personally find Fire OS perfect for my needs, using this as an adjunct, and all my favorite apps have been downloaded from the Fire Appstore
