My only reason I dropped a star was occasionally it will freeze up and need to be hard reset in order to get it to work again.

I have had to do a factory reset and a hard reset twice, and it needs restarted consistently

Oh there was a couple of times that this froze up and I had to do a hard reset by holding down the power button until this cycled but an easy fix.

I received an email telling me to restart and hard reset and neither of which were a successful solution to my problem
