I feel too guilty writing negative reviews, so I will leave it at this

I’m writing this review in hopes of saving at least one parent the HEADACHE of having to return this thing over and over again

Well for starters the tablet is fine in itself, what makes this a hard review to explain is not the tablet but the free time it comes with

Amazon saw my negative review and graciously refunded the downloaded games and walked me through the procedure for using parental controls

So I have to give this device a very favorable review

But after a representative reviewed my issue they immediately rectified the issue

I'm very surprised I see so many bad reviews and makes me really worried about buying a new one for my toddler, because perhaps they have declined in quality and don't want to buy something that isn't exactly like the other one

Both still work great; some reviews mentioned theirs not holding a charge or freezing or not turning on.

I am displeased and will most likely generate some bad reviews based on its performance

By mistake I wrote a bad review for this product

We were on the edge about buying this due to all the negative reviews

See lot of bad reviews however I have no issues so far

It hasn't arrived yet but iv done tons of research into it and the reviews are awesome.

Hopefully this review will keep someone from making the same mistake I made!
