Cons: It does not hold position on my 1/2" plush carpet

I have very plush carpet

Very thick and clear and large enough that it will protect carpet and let us slide chairs and not have chair legs

The carpet isn't plush in the apartment, but the carpet pad is unusually thick, so something to keep in mind.

Other than that it is a good carpet protector.

I'm using it on a medium pile carpet and pad, very cushy, and other mats left divots and buckled.
