Hi,Got this in for my new office and its great, solid construction more on the hard side rather than the soft so the chair rolls well.

Excellent quality product, my chair rolls over this just perfect.

Besides that, my chair rolls very well on the mat, and the mat sits nicely on my medium pile carpet and doesn't slide around
