It's history is a fun talking point for customers as well.

Also would have MUCH preferred a fine point cartridge.

I could do without having a cap altogether and just have a click mechanism to extend and retract the point for writing.

After using both the fine point refill and the medium point that came with the pen, I prefer the medium point.

If you like a finer line, get the fine point refill

so I ordered fine point refills and that fixed the issue of choppy ink delivery.

The pen came in a medium-point with black ink so I also ordered a black fine point refill (I prefer the fine to the medium point)

I also ordered a fine point refill as I typically use the finest point pens I can find.

Both write well although I replaced the original medium point refills with fine points in both pens.

the point is medium and i have not yet been able to find fine point refills, but i will wait for it to run out before i search very hard.

i have had two so far, i enjoyed both even though i really prefer a fine point pen. makes a great work pen in a kitchen plus its small enough that it has made it in my pocket everyday

and I get tired of using pens that will not dispense ink right away or have too fine a point

I got fine point refills that I'm waiting to use, but the medium point that came in it doesn't seem to want to run dry!

I do wish they shipped in a fine point instead of needing ink replacements, but the ability to write in every direction, temperature, and humidity is also a plus especially in the summer humidity of NC.
