Cutter only works on construction or craft papers

Excellent circle cutter.

With 65lb paper, it just can't cut through two sheets and jammed the cutter.

The cutter would then not close enough to punch even one sheet of regular paper.

The hole punch worked for about 20 punch-outs on card stock paper, then the bottom cutter stopped rising to meet the top cutter and hole punching ceased
