After five months this device stopped working
-
Unfortunately, I lost the device after I contacted FitBit and received an RMA to get it replaced under warranty
-
The device works great
-
Great look, most people think it's an Apple watch, but the band is awful, the device itself irritates my skin and I have to clean it everyday
-
It was good that I purchased a second, as this device failed before the 1-yr warranty expired
-
Great device until the warranty runs out
-
Once I learned the device isn't available directly from Fitbit anymore (when I went directly there to search for the product to read the guide
-
I used to love this device but with the lack of actual customer
-
To charge the battery you have to pop the fit bit out of the band and place it in a proprietary charging device
-
The phone I am using is a Oneplus 3t, which is a little obscure and not currently "on the list" of compatible devices
-
For the money is an excellent device to track exercises and uploaded to my iPhone
-
Great device for tracking fitness trends, sleep, steps, and overall fitness activity!
-
Great device, super easy to use and provides the incentive to keep me honest regarding exercise, diet and sleep
-
I went to the Fitbit promo store and the best device I could "buy" was the same device that broke under warranty!I've truly despaired over
-
I would highly commend this device
-
This device crapped out just after the warranty expired
-
I used to lose all my other Fitbit devices due to the closures but this is the absolute best!
-
Amazon has a huge choice of bands for all Fitbit devices, which is in itself, great!
-
This device is amazing until you run into a technical glitch and it flat out dies.
-
The device is great if you don’t care about your heart rate, but if you do, go with ANYTHING else.
-
I highly recommend this fitness device.

-
Wouldn’t recommend any fitbit device
-
Fitbit knows about this problem but still lists it as a compatible device.
-
I always choose to spend money and improve my device
-
Got to say I love this little device
-
I always choose to spend money and improve my device
-
I am giving this 2 stars only because if you are an Android user who doesn't care about getting call, text or calendar notifications from your phone this might be a good device for you.
-
Overall it's my favorite wearable device I've tried out.
-
I am hoping this was just a defective device.
-
My phone never loses the pairing; only the device
-
The device is unresponsive which was a disappointment on Christmas morning
-
Great device
-
The device loves a treadmill user
-
It can be a very helpful device for losing weight
-
Device worked well at first
-
Fitbit support is exchanging the device free of charge as this happened within the limited 1-year warranty window...
-
Like the device
-
As of August 12, 2018, the device is no longer charging and the green lights underneath are not working.
-
Device became unusable in 1 year and 5 months
-
I love their devices but they don't stand behind
-
I expected the brand new device to be ready to wear when it arrived.
-
I loved the device but it left burn marks on my wrist..
-
Their customer service is very responsive and optimistic, but this is a futile effort as the device just a failed effort.
-
I went to the Fitbit promo store and the best device I could "buy" was the same device that broke under warranty!I've truly despaired over
-
I expect this will be a nifty device.
-
Not the most accurate fitness device but stay in the ballpark
-
I bought my Blaze 6 months ago and two failed devices.
-
I do not recommend ANY tracker device from Fitbit because they are not built to last.
-
The BAD I am disappointed that after 2 years or so on the market, so few partner app works with Fitbit
