This item never worked, pretty much the most expensive band I have ever purchased.

Have since gone to a buckle band because this is difficult to latch, and often falls off.

A couple of months ago my band broke on my flex

Mine was (allegedly) the contacts were dirty, which I cleaned with a pushpin and carefully make sure not to scratch the female metal contacts on the Fitbit itself-After about 4 months of moderate use, I noticed the band starting to tear, where the Fitbit goes into and out of the band.-After 6 months of moderate use, the band has split in two places where the Fitbit goes into and out of the band.
