The battery is crap

It can drain the Fitbit battery up in 1-2 days if the "Always Sync" is turned on in the Fitbit app

If they could guarantee their battery I would take them up on the 25% off

After about a month the battery dies and only stays charged for a day or two.

I'd they don't like your activity - like, upgrading to a more expensive model every six months - they "ping" your device and drain the battery until you upgrade or give up; I have had this happen three times in six months, and each time this mysterious battery drain happens they recommend I upgrade to a more expensive model.
