    • Thankfully they have good customer care and sent a replacement, but I think it was refurbished as the battery lasted about 1-2 days.

    • Some customers have had luck getting Fitbit to replace their bracelets, but they wouldn't even help me find a local supplier that actually has bracelets in stock (they just sent me a general list of possible suppliers in my whole COUNTRY!).I really love the idea of what the Flex could have done for me in terms of motivation to move more and, even more important, tracking my sleep quality, but I'll be buying a competitor's product next.
