Now, in November 2016, the tracker is acting up again - refusing to sync (essentially "going dead" and causing me to reset every time I want to sync the tracker
-
I also have really enjoyed the sleep tracker
-
As a tracker it's great
-
They will play you!Summary: good sports tracker till it isn't and don't run to the company asking them to compensate you because they are just there to make money!
-
Awesome tracker
-
Originally, I gave it five stars (great tracker and app while it works) when I first received it, but I'm down grading to one star based on product performance and fitbit customer service.
-
There are more expensive trackers that can do both of these things.-The FitBit Flex doesn’t require a ton of equipment to work
-
It is a good fitness tracker, I find it to be quite accurate in my steps and sleep
-
the tracker is good, the software ok, but the wristband is terrible: it breaks about after a few weeks of wear, it does not snap shut properly (I've lost 3 different tracker because of that - they just fall of your wrist), and it causes an allergic reaction because the plastic is cheap.
-
This is a good fitness tracker.
-
I certainly don't want to try out the Flex 2, and I'm definitely not purchasing a more expensive tracker from Fitbit in the hopes that it fulfills the expectations that their base model was advertised to fulfill, but failed miserably for me THREE TIMES
-
I like this tracker well enough, connects to charger reliably and charges quickly
-
Mostly I like this tracker
-
My wife didn't like the tracker because she prefers to see the number of steps on her wrist instead of the crazy LED system that they set up
-
Lose It app and the steps tracker online through my employer!
-
I wanted a durable fitness tracker, with affordable customizable band options
-
Unfortunately the tracker died on this one.

SO disappointed as I loved this step tracker.
-
I've had a couple break on mebut in each case, the Fitbit company replaced my tracker free of charge, even though one was over a year old.
-
I like the rolling 7 day tracker.
-
My wife didn't like the tracker because she prefers to see the number of steps on her wrist instead of the crazy LED system that they set up
-
Customer service is excellent as I had an initial issue syncing the tracker as it was a gift and they sent me a new one within two days.
-
The most accurate tracker that I've ever used.
-
I know several people who have lost their tracker.
-
I like the sleep tracker to see how well I actually sleep each night
-

Am enjoying this tracker, and have found out that I walk way many more steps than I realized.
-
so it requires some regular washing with soap & water (without the tracker itself, obviously) and a cotton swab with rubbing alcohol will clean the tracker
-
They work great!I believe the tracker is very accurate for step counting, which is really all I want
-
Great simple step tracker
-
Best tracker ever I love wearing this fitbit flex
-
Beyond angry that I just lost my FitBit tracker
-
Won't find a better fitness tracker for the price
-
In my opinion, the Flex is reasonably priced and is an easy to use, top-notch fitness tracker
-
Also, I like the sleep tracker and use it nightly.
-
Great activity tracker for fitness and motivation
-
This is my favorite fitness tracker thus far
-
The tracker is interfering with other Bluetooth devices on my phone and the dongle that's supposed to let it sync to a computer does not work and gives no troubleshooting help at all
-
When that didn't work, they sent a new tracker
-
I think the tracker is a lemon
-
Lastly, the actual tracker inside the band gets pretty disgusting pretty quickly if you are not diligent about taking it out and cleaning it daily
-
This is my third, I do recommend purchasing at least the 2 year warranty for less than $5.00, I have had two previous fit bit flex trackers, I wear them 24/7 and both lasted about 13 months, manufacturers warranty only covers 12 months.
-
i love my flex its a very nice fitbit tracker ill be getting the heartrate one eventually soon too
-
My current tracker as been working well for a couple of years
-
Fantastic tracker would definitely recommend and buy again!
-
It is a great little tracker.
-
I don't mind spending money on a cool tracker, but it should work more than a few months
-
If you are not sure if a tracker is right for you, this is a good one to start out with,
-
It is the best tracker I have ever had.
-
" What good is a new tracker if it WON'T SYNC?
-
I DON"T recommend this product
-
I don't do any sports or work out as a
-
As for this product, it is a legitimate Fitbit band that works exactly as you would expect and the color of pink in the pic is the exact color you get with two different band sizes.
-
It works as it should-decent price
-
well-Extremely well-thought-out app GUI with helpful facts/figures, suggestions, social interaction, etc.-Fits fairly well-Lightweight-Automatic e-mail when the battery is low (
